Can Virtual Learning replace Green Board?

Hello friends,

I am very much sure that nowadays all schools, colleges, and Education hubs are thinking about virtual learning, E-learning, and home-based learning procedures. Due to this crucial time where every business is facing difficulties to stand in their own place, how can we think this biggest Business of Education will survive without any problem. 

Difficult Time for Education Hub - Lockdown changes many lives, it is showing the limit of everything.we lose jobs, careers, own property, and many more across the world. in this situation where all things are shut we are anxious about our kids. how they will continue their Study? no one wants to go out for tuition, class, or institutes for further study. 

The education world introduced a new word Virtual Learning in front of us to continue the procedure of learning. virtual learning or e-learning is a web-based learning platform for our kids. 

Physical Learning (Traditional)vs Virtual Learning- In Traditional Learning we need proper classroom arrangement, infrastructure, playground, etc instead of this virtual learning. E-learning needs the internet, laptop,  computer, or mobile no need for infrastructure, transport facilities. 

Students of all areas are comfortable for Traditional learning not for Online because of connectivity. according to me, online study is feasible for urban areas where needed things are easily available. I observed one more thing is in e-learning small kids lose their interest after a few minutes.

Why we need Virtual learning- As we know both learning platforms Traditional and virtual have their pros n cons, but there is no other option apart from E-learning due to coronavirus Pandemic. As someone says learning should not stop, it should be continued for all,  like something is better than nothing. Now we need to find ways to overcome all these difficulties and virtual learning is the only way to deal with at least in turns of theoretical knowledge. 

 

Advantage of Online Learning-

• No need to go anywhere to study.
• Study or learn anything you want.
• Learn or study at any time, not time-bound.
• It is available at less cost.
• No high Pressure of Study.
• learn different technology under one roof.

 The disadvantage of Online Learning-

• No Face to face interaction with the teacher, professor, and Friends.
• Network connectivity issue.
• Need to manage your schedule by your self
• No extracurricular activity
• No equipment for the experiment, the study of food technology, no Agriculture study platform available

Advantage of Traditional Learning -

•  No risk of network Connectivity.
• Face to face Interaction of teacher-student and Parents.
• All your time will be scheduled.
• Lab facility, the library will be available.
• Extracurricular activity apart from the study will be there. 

The Disadvantage of Traditional Learning-

• Need to Travel for School or learning place.
• The teacher does favoritism, not equal to all students.
• Costly because of infrastructure, ground, transport.
• Grouping of some negative students makes trouble for others.
• sometimes teachers are only the way to learn, spoon-feeding take place instead of research.

However traditional learning is more beneficial than online, it helps to enhance your child's growth in terms of social, emotional, and physical development. But during this current Situation we have to adopt E-learning as our education platform.
